Admission  Criteria For Admission in Engineering Courses
All those candidates who have passed their 10+2 from a recognised board/council/university with physics and Mathematics as coumpulsory subjects and either one out of chemistry,Computer Science, Bio-technology or Biology as optional (minimum 45% marks for general category, minimum 40 % marks for SC/ST/OBC), are elibible to apply for admissions in B.Tech(first year).
For those seeking admission in BTech(2nd year), the candidates must meet the LEET eligibility, that is, they must possess a Diploma in any disciple with mimmum 40% marks or must hav cleared BSc. with minimum 45 % marks.
For Admission in Management Courses
The admission in MBA courses is made onthe basis of  CMAT score of a candidate.To be eligible to apply, a candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in any disciple from a recognised university.
For Admission in Diploma/Polytechnic Courses
The admission in Diploma/Polytechnic courses are made through PSBTE& IT, Chandigarh counselling and on the basis of Joint Entrance Test(JET),Punjab or matric marks. For candidate seeking admission in Diploma(first year) courses, they must have passes their 10th examination with Mathematics, Science and English as compulsory subjects from any recognised baord.
For those seeking admission to Diploma(Second year) through LEET, the candidates must have cleared their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects or should have completed one year ITI Course.
In addition to this, as per the notification of the Government of India, the management reserves the right to admit candidates to the management quota seats ,which are 1/3rd of the total seats. For admission thorugh the management quota, the candidates need to approch college directly.
